I'm finally "doing" the 12 Tags!!! I've been taking classes out at
Cat's Creations taught by the FABULOUS Nanci Holtsford.. (Holtz/HOLTSford coincidence? I think not!) Armed with the knowledge, the supplies and most of the tools.... here's my version of Tim's Tag. I don't yet own the pocket watch die (but probably will get!) and I was completely out of the cool gears.. but I improvised.
I substituted the pocket watch with a fabulous laser cut clock that is completely coated/painted with Distress Stain & Paint in Brushed Pewter. The rest..I followed Tim's lead.
Didn't have any of those groovy tags either.. but I have the die and the stamps.... so I picked my own sentiment.
And I'm out of those fabulous rub-on's.. so yes.. I stamped my numbers... inked a metal "charm", adhered some tissue tape to some seam binding and finished up. This was so much fun, I want to do ANOTHER but I want to use different fabulous Tim Holtz/Ranger goodies! And I'll do that tomorrow at the crop I'm attending. (I should be packing but having more fun creating)
