Whoooop Wednesday!

Switching it up this week, no layout but instead some cards!  If you're a Pinterest fiend, you know it's an addicting site.  One thing I found is a woman who sat down with her punches and made a huge stash of tags!  I, of course, "pinned" this and was inspired.  I spent two nights with my paper cutter, dies and hand punches, cutting all of my scraps down to 6x6, 4.75 x 5.25, and various tags and shaped blanks.  All the supplies prepped and ready when I feel like making cards now!

For those that know me.. I'm a Choir Booster for the Springtown Choirs and on Saturday, October 27th we'll have a booth at the Project Celebration Craft Fair held at SHS.  We'll be selling our cookbooks, crafts and all kind of goodies.  I thought I'd donate some handmade cards for the occasion.  These are two examples of what I'll be making.

For the above card I used my Spellbinder Dies, Classic Oval Large & Classic Oval Scalloped Large.  I also used a new stamp by Stampendous; Cling Botanical Asperula #CRP153 (Cat still has some available, get yours while you can!)  I used Memento Tuxedo Black Dye Ink and pulled out my Tim Holtz Distress Inks and a water pen.

For this card, I pulled out an old Inka Dinka Do stamp sheet, my TH distress pad Vintage Photo, my Smooch inks, an old firefly paper punch, Spellbinder Classic Oval Large and TH die Styled Labels.  I was inspired by a challenge from Dutch Dare Card Challenges,  #184 Clean & Simple.

I hope you're finding me from Cat's Weekly Wow Wednesday "Blog Hop".  Every week you can share your link to your newest weekly creation!  Then click on the links and view everyone's submissions, leave a comment on each blog you visit and be entered in a chance to win some BLOG CANDY.  It's soooo easy.  How easy?  Very easy, in fact, easy enough for my to be last weeks winner! How nice to be rewarded for just being creative!

Thanks for popping by.  I hope you enjoyed it and I hope you found some inspiration.  Get out there and craft now and see everyone on Friday for our reveal at CSI!  :D

Love that first card, Shaunery! Like you and Sandy, I've been wanting to cut all my paper scraps down to card size pieces. I've even bought a cool box to store them in but just can't find the time to get it done. Maybe we'll have some snow days again this winter - I got a whole bunch of things done on my "to do" list the year we were snowed in! LOL
