This layout is for CSI Case File #34
Stampendous has come out with a whole new line of fun fabulous chunky, sparkly embossing powders that I had to try. The first is "Chunk White" and I thought it would represent snow very well.. this was so much fun to play with! It leaves this fabulous fine texture, kind of like those wonky 70's popcorn ceilings! :p
I fussy cut the snow men from the paper and dropped them back onto a coordinating sheet from the same line. I used my Perfect Pearl to highlight the swirls of snow.
I also used my Fiskars snow punches, chipboard stickers, some TH stamps that I fussy cut (cuz I left MY die at HOME) and just played while creating this page.
This picture is of Sarah and her first visit with Santa. It was also her last for quite some time. He later visited our home the week of Christmas and she decided she didn't like him after all. Screamed her bloody head off, while big sister nearly knocked him down to remind him of all the wonderful gifts she'd love to have. (Gotta love 3 year olds.) The picture is slightly out of focus... it focused on some random mall stuff in the background. Love them teen mall employees...
So there you have it, my Wow Wednesday! Now if you have something new that you've created and would like to play along, HOP on over to Cat's blog and link up! Did I mention she has blog candy each week? You can be randomly drawn just for creating and posting!! You're doing it anyway so go LINK UP! Thanks for hopping by and hope you enjoyed. Feel free to comment, I read each one and appreciate your kind words!
