I forgot the pictures!! I know, before anyone says anything...Taylor needs a haircut. He'll get one hopefully before UIL on Saturday, there's not enough hours in the day! Again, did I mention how great the boys and Taylor did?? VERY PROUD mom here. Monday, Taylor sang his solo and the cool thing was AFTER, high school girls choir are asking if he'll be singing in the choir next year..you know in HIGH SCHOOL?! Mrs. Bishop even approached Taylor and suggested music camp this summer. How cool is that?
In the meantime, I'm quietly working the trenches. Last week I volunteered time to help Mr. Duke fit the boys for their choir slacks. Last night, Mrs. Bishop approached me to help sell "Springtown Choir Booster Club Our Favorite Recipes" book. Yep, you can get your copy from ME! They're only $10 dollars and all proceeds go to the Springtown Fine Arts Department. Betsy bought me one at the Wizard of Oz production, and I have to admit, there are some good recipes in it. I would bet they sounded great.... Can I get Taylors autograph... Some day maybe he will be on American Idol and it may be of some value...
