Whew, what a weekend! Everywhere I turned it was Wizard of Oz, but for Taylor it was spent hanging with his papa, Grandma Betsy, Uncle Fred and Aunt Arlene (in between shows) Sunday night we had every intention of celebrating after the last performance. But the performance ran late, then there was the group pictures and by the time we got home it's 8:30pm. But we still had CAKE! We sang H.B to Taylor and he opened his gifts and cards from everyone. It was quick and short but I think he had a good time.
This Saturday, Taylor has chosen to take a few friends bowling at Tornado Alley on base. His friends.... Sarah and Emily (no these aren't little Sarah and her friend Emily) Sarah and Emily are classmates over at SMS. Emily volunteers in the school library and Taylor sees her about everyday since he reads so quickly.
Sunday he'll be going to church with another friend, Holly. He's very quick to point out these girls are all just friends...and that's fine. As long as he's making friends I'm pretty happy.
